The audience of a concert, beyond the usual enjoyment of music, enriches this experience with means and capabilities that make use of a simple handy tool such as a smartphone. \n
\nThus his everyday life is bridged with the peculiar experience of a symphonic concert through a process that has elements of interaction, exudes curiosity, pleasantly surprises and uses well-known daily practices of digital technology.
\n\nThe aim of the project is to develop and operate in real time an innovative system that will allow the visualization of printed programs and for concerts the printed documents of the State Orchestra of Thessaloniki (SOTh) educational programs with the use of smartphones. \n\n
Through the device's screen, the person will be able to visualize more information than those included in a print document, by \"overlaying\" photographs, static \/ animated images, video and audio files.<\/div>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

\nThe available data and the data to be included in the system for the development and demonstration of the final prototype will be collected, classified and selected by SOTh on the basis of specifications to be determined. Coding is based on international standards and formats. The structure and documentation of each content unit will be based on commonly accepted content types and metadata standards. The basic parts are the database, the Content management system, and the content presentation system.
\n\nThe proposed project is innovative and particularly original for the organizations that serve the performing arts in Greece and in Europe. Incorporating new technologies that do not require special skills and have an impressive result are estimated to make it particularly attractive to users and competitors. \u0399t provides SOTh with the opportunity to communicate directly and effectively with its audience before and after the concert or the educational programs. \n<\/br>\nThis communication is two-way and dynamic, as it gives the public the opportunity to send feedback (his \/ her opinion) to SOTh via a digital guestbook. In addition, it is envisaged through the system that SOTh will approach the young audience, who is familiar with such technologies. \n<\/br>\nThe project may have great penetration of potential audiences at SOTh concerts, as it can be appealing as a special application for tablet and smartphone users. In primary and secondary school in particular, it is estimated that a large public will be attracted, since the project will be known both by the SOTh's educational programs and as a tool for the music lesson.<\/br>\n\nThe system has a low cost to enable mass production and commercialization. The scientific, research and business dynamics of the project partners guarantee both the successful implementation of the project and its commercial exploitation.
